About this notice
This notice covers the Meesho Image Studio website and the Meesho Seller Automation Chrome extension. It describes how the current service handles information used for product listing preparation and shipping-price comparisons. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
Account and connection information
The website uses Google Firebase Authentication for account registration and sign-in. The website saves its session in your browser. When you choose Connect Extension, it shares a short-lived Firebase ID token and account identifier with the extension. The extension stores that token locally in Chrome and renews it through the website while the website is open. The extension does not receive your website password, Firebase refresh token, Google password, or Meesho password.
Product images and seller information
When you start a workflow, the service processes the images, category selections and product details you supply. Product fields can include manufacturer, packer or importer names and addresses. The extension reads and fills listing fields in your own signed-in Meesho Seller Panel, uploads images, and reads the shipping prices shown by Meesho for the requested workflow. Product images, listing data, job commands and shipping results are exchanged with the authenticated Meesho Image Studio backend.
Why information is used
The service uses this information to connect your account, generate product-image variations, perform the workflow you request, compare shipping results, display downloadable results, and diagnose service problems. The current extension does not include advertising features or collect your general browsing history. It works with the official Meesho Image Studio website origins and the Meesho Seller Panel; the optional localhost connection is for development.
Service providers and diagnostic information
Firebase Authentication and Firebase Hosting, operated by Google, provide account authentication and website hosting. Render hosts the backend. These providers receive information needed to operate those services and may receive connection metadata such as IP addresses and diagnostic information. Backend diagnostic logs may include product/category and workflow information. People with authorized access to the hosting or administration systems may be able to access stored information for service operation and support.
Storage and retention
The extension stores a short-lived session token and connection settings in Chrome. The backend stores uploaded and generated images and account-specific job state on its configured filesystem. The current backend does not automatically expire these stored files and does not provide a self-service account-deletion control. Data may remain stored until it is removed. Signing out or uninstalling the extension does not delete your backend data or Firebase account.
Your controls and deletion requests
You can disconnect the extension or sign out of the website to stop its account connection. You can uninstall the extension through Chrome. To request deletion of your account and service data, contact ranjanharsh349@gmail.com from the email used for your account. Include enough information to identify the account or job, and do not send passwords or sign-in tokens. We may need to verify account ownership before handling the request.
Security
The hosted website and backend exchange information over HTTPS. The backend requires authenticated requests and separates account-specific job state and file paths. Browser sessions and extension tokens still depend on the security of your device and account. Do not share passwords, sign-in tokens, or access to your browser profile.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Information received from Google APIs is used and transferred in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
